What type of subscription to choose?

Will my subscription work if I change the operating system? (IOS / Android)
No, you cannot transfer your subscription from one operating system to another.
How will my subscription be billed ?
Depending on the plan chosen, you will be billed monthly, starting with the end of the trial period, without the possibility of termination on your part. If you choose the annual plan, you will pay the value of the subscription in full in a single transaction. If you opt for the monthly plan, the payment is made once a month, meaning you will need to renew the subscription every month.
How do I cancel my subscription ?
Go to your app store or sign in to your Google Play account > Account > Subscriptions > Emoface Play & Learn Emotions > Manage my subscription. You will find various options there, including termination.
How do I change my subscription ?
Change your subscription on iPad (IOS, Apple store)
- Open the settings.
- Click on your name, then Subscriptions.
- Click on the name of your Emoface Play & Learn Emotions subscription.
- A list of different types of subscriptions available appears. Touch the desired option.
- Click Buy.
Change your subscription with an Android device (Google Play, Play Store)
The plan change options depend on your current plan.
Switch from a flexible plan to an annual plan.
You cannot switch directly from the flexible plan to the annual plan. To make this change, contact one of the following partners :

Note: If you wish to cancel your annual Google Workspace or Cloud Identity Premium subscription before the renewal date, a cancellation fee applies.
During the free trial period
If you are still in the free trial period, you can switch from the annual plan to the flexible plan at any time.
Sign in to your Google Admin account. Sign in with an administrator account, not a user account. On the main page of the administration console, in the upper left, click Menu > Billing > Subscriptions. Click on your subscription Under Renewal Plan, click Change Renewal Settings. Select Flexible Plan. Check and save the change.
After the free trial period expires
After the trial period expires, you will only be able to switch to the flexible plan when you renew your subscription.
Sign in to your Google Admin account. Sign in with an administrator account, not a user account. On the main page of the administration console, at the top left, click on Menu > Billing > Subscriptions. To the left of the relevant subscription, click the down arrow. Next to “Renewal Options”, click Edit. Select the Switch to flexible plan option. Click on Register.
The next time you renew your annual subscription, you will automatically switch to the flexible plan.
