How do I create an account ?
Once you have chosen the type of subscription, you can create the Emoface account. It will be an administrator account, for which you must enter an email address and password, and which allows you to create multiple profiles and manage your personalization settings and preferences.
You will receive an email to confirm your account. Click on the link in the email and your account is activated automatically!
You can then return to the app to log in, with the email address and password you have chosen.
How do I login ?
If you are not logged in, the login or registration request will appear on the screen.
To log in, click on the “Login” button, then enter your email address and password.
How do I change my password ?
You can change your password by accessing the “Profile & settings” section of your account. At the top, click the pencil icon, then “Change Password.” You will receive a link via email to change it.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it ?
Click on “I forgot my password” in the main window of the application. We’ll send you an email right away to reset your account password.
Can I manage multiple user profiles with a single account ?
Yes, you can create up to 10 different profiles. Your “administrator” account allows you to group them all into one account.
There are two ways to change profiles in Emoface.
- To change profiles in “Child” mode, click on the current profile avatar in the upper left.
You will have to solve a simple operation to verify that the action of changing the profile was initiated by a companion.
You will then return to the profile selection screen.
Click on another profile you want to select or create a new profile.
- To change the profiles in administrator mode, click on the current profile avatar in the upper left.
You will see a drop-down menu with all available profiles. The profile you are on is indicated by a blue dot.
Click on the profile you want to switch to, and the change is done automatically.
Can I connect to the same account on multiple devices at the same time ?
As with all apps, if your app store or Google Play account is connected to a device, your purchase is available
